Visit St Michael's Mount and discover a famous Cornish landmark with seaside activities and a fascinating castle. The area is just 400 yards off Mount’s Bay in Marazion and is surrounded by picture-postcard perfect scenery.

Many activities are available for children including Pebble Art, to exploring rock pools, and kite making workshops.

The Barge House

A new visitor’s centre opened this month. The Barge House provides an insight into the story of the island and its history from Bronze Age to the present day. The focal point of the visitor centre is a superb bronze cast tactile model of St Michael's Mount.

Rock Pool Explorer!

Children will adore taking a walk on the wild-side and delving into fascinating rock pools. Get ready to meet fascinating sea creatures to learn numerous facts about their habitat and unusual feeding habits!

Pebble Art

Families can get ‘creative’ and use a handful of pebbles to create pictures with a seaside theme. Do take a camera if you wish to take a snap of your creation, as unfortunately, Pebble Art cannot be taken away!

The Castle

It is worth exploring the Castle near the harbour. Visitors can hunt for a giant's stone heart, the armour of a samurai warrior, a mummified cat. This is a real life castle which is perfect for imaginative play.
