True Arabian culture and adventure are a given on a trip to Ras Al Khaimah. Discerning visitors will not be disappointed if top comforts are high on the agenda, as the area is known for its luxurious holiday accommodation and amenities.

There is plenty to look forward to in 2017.  See below highlights:

Pristine sands

Did you know the emirate has over 64km of stunning coastlines? Interestingly, the Al Marjan Island is also in development. The island is the region's newest hotspot for stunning beaches, luxury resorts, world-class hotels, 5-stars facilities and children’s clubs.  Unsurprisingly, the area is super for jet skiing and parasailing.

Mountain Adventure

Home to Jebel Jais, the UAE's tallest peak, which stands 1,934m high, Ras Al Khaimah is known as an awesome mountain paradise. Visitors can experience true thrills on the brand new Via Ferrata iron path.

The 470m long Via Ferrata spans the rocky facades of Jebel Jais and complements the rugged Al Hajar mountain range, where the average climate is 10 °C below mean Gulf temperatures. There are 3 zip-lines measuring 165ft, 195ft and 985ft which ensures the Via Ferrata offers challenges for all ages and levels of fitness.

The thrills don't stop there as the Via Ferrata is just the first in a series of mountain, activity and adventure products being developed specifically for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
