La Nit de L'Art, is well-known as Mallorca's premier art event and takes place on the 19th September. A huge crowd of around 15,000 visitors visit the city to experience exciting exhibitions, performances, video-installations and urban installations in a mix of traditional art venues such as cafes, private apartments, studios and balconies.

Another music festival Música Mallorca starts on 10th October and runs until 7th November. Visitors can listen to a selection of classical music concerts at the Theatre Principal in Palma.

Festival Comic Nostrum is dedicated to the art of comics and takes place from 6th to 11th October. Visitors can enjoy special exhibitions, events, debates and discussions. This year the festival draws on the influence of the circus which will be great fun for all ages.

Visit Skoda Triathlon Series to kick off the first sporting event of the season. Taking place on 6th September at the Port of Palma, there are 3 exciting course levels:
the Supersprint (350m swim, 10km cycle, 2.5km run), the Sprint (750m swim, 21km cycle, 5km run) and the Olympic (1500m swim, 40km cycle, 10km run.
