Children can search for egg baskets, bunnies and of course the actual eggs which will be rewarded with a yummy chocolate treat.
There is plenty to explore at National Trust properties including pretty spring woodlands, craggy coastlines, historic houses and enchanting castles. By visiting the various properties guests are helping preserve wonderful places for the future generation too.

Chartwell – Chick and the Egg Easter hunt
Daily from Friday 25th March to Sunday 10th April, 11am to 4pm
Discover Easter characters from the 1920s era as they take you on a good old fashioned adventure around Chartwell. The Easter Egg Hunt will wind through natural play areas and finish with a delicious chocolate treat. Treat yourself to a bunny biscuit in the café.

Bateman’s – Kipling Easter hunt
Daily from Thursday 24 March to Sunday 10 April, 10am-5pm
Our hens have been busy laying eggs all over Rudyard Kipling’s garden, but now they cannot find them. Follow the Kipling clues and if you can find the eggs and match them up with the correct hen, there is a chocolate treat at the end. In the tea room, why not indulge yourself with a special Easter sweat treat – chocolate Easter cake – scrumptious!
