Egg hunting opportunities will be in abundance allowing visitors to explore the Eden site. Two challenges are available – hard-boiled eggs, or over-easy! Children who find a golden egg will win a small prize for their efforts.

Over the Easter holidays traditional fairground games will also be available including hook-a-duck and an egg shy for target practice. Budding marksmen can try their hand at firing a fried egg at a frying pan and an Easter-themed crazy golf course will also be available.

Learning is all part of the Eden Project experience and an “Eggucational” trail will be available giving visitors the opportunity to learn about interesting and unusual animal eggs and nests. At some stage in the day children can also relax and listen to storytelling in the Mediterranean Biome.

Naturally, The Eden Project will be awash with stunning spring colour and tulips galore will be in the Mediterranean Biome. Visitors wishing to admire British wildflowers need to head for the Rainforest Biome which will be full of beautiful bluebells, primroses, violets, campion outdoors, flowering palms and jade vines.

It is good to see that all of the Easter activities are included in the standard Eden Project entrance price. To find out more about the fascinating Eden Project and to book tickets, please telephone: 01726 811911.
