Running from 16th to 20th December the story of baby Jesus is told in a moving manner.  Guests will find The Nativity a thought-provoking narrative and a reminder of the true essence of Christmas.

For over 25 years The Wintershall Nativity takes place in the picture-perfect setting of the Wintershall Estate.  With large crowds every year it is becoming a yearly event for families who wish to celebrate Christmas in a traditional manner.

This familiar story begins with Mary and Joseph’s difficult journey to Bethlehem, and the appearance of Angel Gabriel to the shepherds in the fields, heralding the good news of the Messiah’s Birth.

Songs and music accompany the arrival of the wise men on horseback, travelling to seek out the new baby.  The threat of King Herod builds and only a miracle will save the Holy Family from the approaching soldiers.
