Cruise along the Thames to discover the sights of London
Instead of negotiating tube strikes and lengthy queues to visitor attractions, sightseers can enjoy uninterrupted views of landmarks, such as the Houses of Parliament, in luxury, from the River Thames.
Bateaux London, at Embankment Pier, Victoria Embankment, offers corporate and leisure visitors fresh food, live entertainment and spectacular views, from its two vessels; Harmony and Symphony.
Throughout the year, Harmony – which has the largest open viewing deck on the Thames - and glass-sided Symphony, run a variety of dining cruises through the heart of the Capital.
Sightseers can choose from a range of lunch and dinner cruises, all of which include three or four course menus, created on board by Bateaux London’s team of chefs.
Bateaux London also offers Afternoon on the River, with the chance to enjoy traditional afternoon tea within clear sight of The Cutty Sark, the New Globe Theatre, The Shard and St Paul’s Cathedral.
And, on Sundays, those on-board can enjoy lunch along with live entertainment from an easy-listening jazz band.
During all cruises, visitors are entertained by a commentary outlining the various landmarks and bridges on their route and providing lesser known facts about the river’s history.
Symphony and Harmony can also be hired exclusively by businesses looking for a unique venue for product launches, dinners and social occasions, for wedding parties and as private dining venues for special family occasions.
Dining cruise gift vouchers, which come with a souvenir map, are also available.
All Bateaux London cruises depart from Embankment Pier and guests are expected to adhere to a smart dress code, which may vary depending on the cruise taken.
Prices start at £32 per adult for an Afternoon on the River and a flight on the London Eye can be incorporated into any cruise for an additional charge.
