Highlights will include world-class symphonic concerts in St Paul's Cathedral, jazz performances with commanding views from some of the City’s most dramatic skyscrapers, intimate recitals in historic livery halls and a hidden masonic temple, street guitars for all to strum in the City's gardens and squares, and the annual City Beerfest.

Festival favourites the London Symphony Orchestra will return to St Paul's Cathedral for Haydn’s The Creation, performing under the baton of Edward Gardner for the very first time (24 June). Mansion House, the resplendent home of the Lord Mayor of London, will host a formidable new partnership between tenor Ian Bostridge and pianist Andreas Haefliger (30 June).  Meanwhile the Festival celebrates 50 years of Singapore, with concerts including internationally renowned pianist Melvyn Tan performing with the T’ang Quartet in the stunning Merchant Taylor’s Hall (29 June), plus a series of film screenings showcasing the best of Singaporean cinema.
