It is hard to beat challenging yourself whilst surrounded by stunning views.. There are 5 races for all levels of experience which means everyone has a chance to participate.

Grand Parcours – 10th July

Be prepared for a very tough route and an early start! The Grand Parcours is challenging to say the least and takes participants up the 3653m summit of the Grande Motte. However, this is just the start of the route. The highly technical 67km trail covers 5400 vertical metres with some jaw-dropping beautiful views including the Grande Sassière and the Vallée Perdue.

Trails Jeunes – 9th July

A route for children and not open to adults. Perfect for age 7 upwards and a fantastic introduction to encourage a passion for trail running.

The course is 1.5km in length with 62m of vertical for 7-9 and 10-11 year-olds and 2.5km with 150m of vertical for 12-14 and 14-15 year-olds.

Petit Parcours – 10th July

There is nothing ‘little’ about this route! Just imagine 39km with 3200m of vertical and you will get the picture. Spectacular sections include the Grande Sassière Nature Reserve, the Grand Pissaillas glacier, the 3386m ascent of Aiguille Pers, and the original route of the Lessières tunnel.

The views will be awesome and well worth the effort. It is good to see a later start time too!
