Families can join scary antics at Holkham Hall in Norfolk from 27th to 30th October. A fun, but scary experience awaits those who are brave enough to visit over the half term holidays!

Join a fantastic selection of Halloween themed activities and dress up in your favourite costume to celebrate the theme. There will also be face painting for the occasion and an opportunity to participate in a fancy dress parade.

Even better, families can visit the 'old kitchen' of the hall which will be taken over by the Kiddy Cook team who will supervise baking mouth-watering cupcakes and decoration. Afterwards there will be a display of decorative gourds and pumpkins whilst discovering bewildering batty facts in Halloween themed quizzes.

The 'Field to Fork' exhibition will be transformed with flying bats, quizzes and riddles to test young minds! Dare to discover what lurks in the creepy crawly boxes and then hop aboard the exciting Halloween Express to the walled garden.

The event will end with time out for storytelling. Children can listen to spell-binding tales by Fairy Folk and Fable, or, Tilly the Talespinner. Alternatively, families can get creative carving pumpkins and interacting with slithery snakes, lazy lizards and spiders at Party Animal time.
