Let’s celebrate good old fashioned milk!  Why not visit the 4-days full fat festival in Kent over the August Bank Holiday weekend? This yearly festival is great fun for all of the family and runs from Friday 26th until Monday 29th August.

Visitors can get ready to enjoy a long weekend of fantastic events that highlight the cream of Kent.  There will be music in abundance provided by true talent within the local area.  Of course, delicious food and drink will also feature at the festival and will be provided by local producers.  Adults can enjoy cocktails and the whole family can sample the various offerings.  It is good to see face painting at the festival – theatre-style, which was very popular with children at last year’s event.

If you fancy a tipple then do sample the Full Fat Festival Top which is back on tap at just £3 a pint. This perfect Kentish bitter, produced by the Old Dairy Brewery, will be a great accompaniment to the summer event.

Just remember to bring a picnic blanket, make yourself comfy, tuck into some fine festival fodder, and listen to music with like-minded souls!  A worthwhile fund-raising effort will also be taking place with proceeds donated to village organisations, including Sissinghurst’s Trinity Church.

Enjoy summer fun in Kent. To find out more the website below shows an event schedule of the Full Fat festival.
