Do not miss the fantastic variety of festivals planned in the beautiful city of Bath, West England, during May 2014.  The festivals are based around fashion, history, music and heritage and will keep all of the family entertained in the historic setting of this popular city.

Fascinating exhibitions are showing at the Fashion Museum including the Dress of the Year (2013).  Also, a Georgians: 18th Century Dress in Polite Society event is a must-see for fashion lovers who love to reminisce about past clothing designs.

For those passionate about music the Bath International Music Festival from 16th to 26th May 2014 is worth a visit.  A great variety of events are on offer, including classical music to jazz, folk and world music.  An interesting theme abounds this year, with the festival based on Sleep, the Seven Deadly Sins and War. It is also good to know that there are many events which are free taking place around the city.

Do visit the city’s Fringe Festival taking place from 23rd May to 8th June 2014.  Take your pick from theatre, dance, music, visual arts, comedy, a children's festival, street theatre and a circus – you will not be disappointed.  There will also be a Bedlam Fair street theatre weekend with many exciting acts.

In total, around 200 events are planned and there really is something for everybody.
