There is an amazing variety of creative experiences on offer at the annual Belfast Children’s Festival this March. A sample of events planned is the ‘Festival in a Day’ workshop.  It is suitable for all ages and includes  circus skills (always popular), make an origami animal activity, imaginative story-writing, a fun comic strip illustration event and face painting to name a few.

Alternatively, try something rather different and watch the wonderful puppetry event named ‘A Mano’.  Children will be enthralled as four hands and a piece of clay tell an inspiring story about a character who longs for a better life.  This event is suitable for children aged 6 years upwards.

Do visit the Children’s Festival website, as there are numerous events and workshops available.  The Festival will make a brilliant day out.
