The “Catch and Dine” package will see guests departing from the jetty by longtail fishing boat with a Sarojin guide and experienced local fisherman to find the area's best fishing spots. Here they will have the opportunity to catch some of the world's most popular fish, including tuna and red or white snapper, and learn all there is to know about a day in a life of a fisherman.

Arriving back at the The Sarojin in the afternoon, guests will have time to relax before enjoying their freshly caught “fish of the day” for dinner at The Edge restaurant. Their “catch” will be expertly cooked according to a specifically-designed menu by Chef Gogh, who creates his dishes purposely for the type of fish being caught. In addition, guests have the option of having a wine pairing carried out for their specific dish to ensure their catch is perfectly complemented by one of the superb wines from The Sarojin's award-winning wine collection.

The Sarojin's “Catch and Dine” package is the latest of a number of culinary experiences that the luxury residence offers, such as Thai Cooking classes in various stunning venues; cooking street food for underprivileged children at the local Camillian Centre; fruit carving classes and 2-day advanced cooking classes for the serious cooking enthusiasts.  What's more, the resort's Thai cooking classes can be arranged in a number of spectacular settings, such as by the 'Rainbow Waterfall', on the beach under the 'Wedding Tree' or at The Sarojin's 'Fisherman's Hut'.

Thai Cooking class guests of The Sarojin have the opportunity to visit the local market with a chef to learn about the ingredients used in Thai cuisine as well as effective alternatives in the UK. After selecting and tasting the produce required for their chosen dishes, guests return to the resort to prepare and cook with personal tuition from the chef, before sampling their own creations with a glass of wine. Non-cooking partners are also welcome to join for lunch, making each option a perfect “just for two” experience in line with The Sarojin's ethos.

The cost of The Sarojin's “Catch and Dine” package is THB 6,050 (approx. £135) per person and includes equipment, soft drinks and “catch of the day” 3 course dinner with soft drinks.
